To precisely visualize the organization of molecular complexes and cellular structures under physiological or pathological conditions, is extremely important for us to better uncover the secret of life. We are applying and developing multiple approaches based on super-resolution microscopy to paint a functional map with nanometer scale for a certain biological system. We now focus on programmed cell death and are also interested in studying many other biological topics, such as cancer immunity, metabolism homeostasis, and organ development.
